We collect information that you provide when requesting, managing, or paying for a ride, including:
- Name, email address, phone number, and account information.
- Pickup and drop-off addresses, ride date and time, passenger and luggage counts, and special instructions.
- Booking identifiers, fare, payment status, transaction references, and receipt information.
- WhatsApp phone number, message text, message identifier, and conversation state when you use our WhatsApp bot.
- Basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as request logs, browser information, essential cookies, and theme preferences.
How we use information
We use personal information to create and manage bookings, calculate and communicate fares, coordinate drivers and rides, process payments, send confirmations and receipts, provide support, prevent misuse, maintain service security, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
WhatsApp service
When you contact us through WhatsApp, Meta provides us with your WhatsApp phone number and the messages you send to our business account. We use this information to respond to requests, complete bookings, provide booking status and receipts, and retain enough conversation state to continue the requested workflow.
Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policies. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your ride.
Payments
Payments are completed on Square's hosted payment service. Square processes payment-card information under its own privacy practices. We retain booking-related payment references, order identifiers, payment status, amount, and receipt information, but we do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and why it is held.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may stop using the WhatsApp bot at any time and can contact us to exercise an applicable privacy right.
Data deletion requests
To request deletion of information associated with your website booking or WhatsApp number, email svaanpickupndrop@outlook.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Include the phone number or booking ID needed to locate the record. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.
We will delete or anonymize eligible information within a reasonable period. We may retain limited records where required for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, or safety purposes.
Children's privacy
Our booking service is not directed to children under 13, and children should not submit personal information without involvement from a parent or legal guardian.
